So tonight will be the last Sunday I'll be able to host for a while guys. Due to work commitments and changes in my weekly schedule, it's become increasingly harder to be able to host for two nights out of the week on a consistent basis. Rather than having to cancel Sundays randomly, I rather be able to host consistently every Wednesday. That means Wednesday nights will stay in place as usual. What I will be doing for ranbats is alternating every week between UMVC and AE. Maybe with the consolidation to one night a week, we could see an overall increase in numbers.

I will also be introducing a new payment system starting tonight. This will help me collect money easier. Starting tonight, I will be logging everyone who comes to play. When I receive the usual $3 venue fee, I will check their name off for that night. What this does is make it easier for me to keep track of who's been paying, and also gives the option for people to just pay me on a monthly basis if they forget their change sometimes. What happens is when I don't receive venue fee from someone is; I will leave their name unchecked. At the end of the month, I will add up any unpaid nights and send out an invoice for balance owed via email. Any food/beverages can also be bought with this new system too. In order for me to keep the doors open, heat/ac on, and electric bill paid, I have to be able to collect efficiently.
